ALMOND + STRAWBERRY GUM COOKIES

Originally from Sienna, Italy. Ricciarelli are soft Italian almond biscuits, with a dense and slightly chewy inside and a crispy crackled shell. Infused with citrus flavours of lemon and orange. We’ve put an Australian twist on this batch and teamed up with a fun local Ballarat business, Saltbush Kitchen and added their Strawberry Gum to these! Tastes like...fruity, eucalyptus with a strawberry aroma. What an incredible Australian flavour! Strawberry Gum is a native gum tree and its leaves offer the most beautiful aroma and flavour - a combination of strawberry & passion fruit with a hint of eucalyptus.

No flour or dairy in these lovelies. Gluten free goodness!

Handmade in small batches in regional Victoria.

Our Cookies are shipped via Australia Post, Express Post. Cut off date for shipping, 18th December.

We'll be baking until 21st December for pick up or local delivery in Ballarat.
