SHIPPING

We ship our Brownies + more via Australia Post, Express Post. Monday - Wednesday only and charge a flat rate of $16. Sorry, no delivery to PO Boxes.

We offer local delivery in Ballarat for $10.

If you'd like something delivered for a specific date please leave details + message at checkout.

Please place your order before 3pm and we'll aim to have your order ready the following business day + Saturday.

Once your order is placed we’ll send an email to let you know when it will be ready for pick up or delivery. During busy times there may be a short delay.

Pick Up is available in Ballarat. Please choose PICKUP at checkout process.

Please enter through black gate facing street front (near power pole) and you’ll see the little pink door at 106 Lane St, Brown Hill.

Once your order is delivered you'll receive an email from us.

If the delivery premises is unattended we'll leave the delivery in a safe spot and send a text message to let you know we've delivered.
